Job Summary

Growing company in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Plant Manager to help grow their team. The ideal candidate will have a visionary mindset to put resources in place for a best-in-class production operation in a 35K square foot facility. Bachelor's degree required, as well as at least 5 years of experience managing production in manufacturing, food and beverage preferred. Six Sigma Green belt or higher certification required. Will relocate for the right candidate.

All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a best-in-class production process at a 35K square foot facility
• Resource and manage a 20-person production team assembling systems
• Increase production and assembly efficiency across systems and standalone equipment

Requirements

• Experience using demand planning software and implementing Kaizen production principles
• 5+ years managing production of highly-engineered systems
• Bachelor's degree, engineering preferred
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
