About Our Client

As they continue to expand, they are seeking a talented Financial Controller to oversee their financial management.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis to identify areas of improvement and drive informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiencies and cost management.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, changes in accounting standards, and best practices.
• Oversee the financial management of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial reporting and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering their growth and development.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive team.

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional leadership abilities and a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA designation preferred).
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar financial leadership role.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry or a similar environment is highly desirable.
