Planning Analyst, Supply Chain

Where will you work: Hybrid (Wednesday's/Friday's remote) with an option to work a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off- 13830 Circa Crossing Drive | Lithia, Florida 33547

As a part of the supply chain analytics team, you will deliver analysis and drive cross functional analytical solutions to build Mosaic’s data assets. You will be leveraging analytical tools and/or techniques to identify opportunities to improve competitiveness or enhance business performance. In this role you will have a large impact on the Supply Chain by identifying and acting on opportunities to improve customer experience, efficiency, profitability, and asset utilization. In addition, you will help set and monitor key integrated business planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.

What you'll do?

• Analyze drivers of problem areas or identify opportunities to improve supply chain planning, forecasting, identify cost reduction initiatives, and mitigate supply risks
• Leverage established Supply Chain systems, processes, and tools to focus on effective materials management, inventory management, planning, forecasting, network optimization, and transportation management to continuously improve customer experience
• Build relationships with our Sales, Product Management, Finance and Operations partners to understand and support business needs, optimize inventory assets, and analyze complex datasets to help drive a leaner and more profitable supply chain
• Design, develop and maintain scalable (automated) reports that track progress towards plans and/or success metrics
• Work with Supply Chain planning team and key cross-functional partners to identify process, information and communication opportunities to drive efficiency and foster strong operational execution and partnership. Identify good, better, best options
• Partner with business and operational stakeholders to build models for effective monthly and quarterly planning cycles with an eye towards standardization of tools/processes to build scalable execution plans
• Use substantial knowledge of supply chain practices and procedures to navigate through data and technology challenges, upgrades and changes

What You'll Need

• Advanced proficiency in Excel including VBA, Pivot Tables, array functions, Power Pivots, etc.
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Power BI or Tableau
• Demonstrated experience using data to strengthen business decisions
• 1+ years of experience in Analysis, Supply Chain, Planning, Inventory Management, Forecasting Or experience in Consulting, Finance, or Operations
• Proficient with PowerPoint and visualization/reporting tools
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, Agriculture, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Bonus Points If You Have The Following

• Trained in Lean Six Sigma
• Deep knowledge in use and integration of SAP supply chain modules
• Proficiency in SQL
• APICS CPIM certified or similar accreditation
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Prior experience with network design and optimization software such as: Llamasoft or LogicNet
