The position of Delivery Driver encompasses a range of responsibilities. While the main focus of the role involves loading, unloading, and delivering goods, there may also be occasional warehouse duties. These additional tasks are designed to enhance your knowledge of the materials being transported and to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. They also ensure that you are able to work a full 40-hour week.
Responsibilities include shipping, receiving, stocking, order pulling, loading and unloading small flatbed trucks, operating forklifts, using cut-off saws, and more.
Applicants must have the ability to safely lift up to 60 lbs.

Requirements

• Completion of high school or equivalent, and/or at least 2 years of relevant experience in warehousing and delivery.
• Proficiency in using a tape measure.
• Ability to comprehend and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Must have the ability to move easily throughout the warehouse.
• While carrying out job duties, employees may occasionally need to reach, bend, lift, and transport products weighing up to 60 lbs.
• Capability to operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Preferred But Not Mandatory

• Prior experience in the aluminum industry.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Salary: $16- $17 PER HOUR TO BEGIN
