Position Summary

Forte Sports Medicine is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our busy Rehabilitation Department located in Noblesville, IN. Department hours are Monday through Friday, 7am-6pm. The position will require a mix of early shift and late shift days.

This position is responsible for providing direct health care to a full caseload of patients in a high volume, highly specialized, outpatient orthopedic clinic. Maintaining focus on providing a superior level of customer service and delivering unwavering exceptional quality care is a must.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Physical Therapy is required
• Prior experience using electronic medical records systems
• Desire to multi-task in a busy, high-volume rehab facility is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team of highly skilled and experienced professionals
