Adelphi is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide services to students with disabilities for School District in Arkansas.

Requirements

• Must be licensed nationally and in the State.
• School experience is preferred
• A minimum of 3 years experience is required.
• Must possess a certificate of clinical competence.

Responsibilities

• Must provide your own testing and therapy equipment.
• Must follow DISTRICT procedure guidelines for delivery of services.
• Must follow all State and Federal Regulations concerning evaluations, testing, implementing services and due process.
• Other duties as required by the school administration.
• Must complete therapy notes monthly using DISTRICT forms and/or portal and complete required Medicaid billing forms if needed.
• Must provide therapy in accordance to IEP or 504 treatment plan, as they apply to designated profession.
