As the Photographer for our Creative Services team, you will play a crucial role in meeting the ongoing photography needs of our costumes division. This includes capturing product, artistic, and lifestyle photography. You will report directly to the Director of Photography & Video.

What you will do:

• Work collaboratively with the creative and marketing teams to ensure that product photography meets visual and promotional requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Costumes Division to understand the unique features and design elements of our toy costumes and accessories.
• Assist in setting up photography sets, selecting appropriate props, and arranging product displays to achieve the desired visual impact.
• Plan, execute, and edit high-quality product photography that effectively showcases the details, textures, and craftsmanship of our costume products.
• Maintain a consistent and cohesive photographic style that aligns with the company's brand identity and product positioning.
• Create visually engaging images for use in marketing materials, catalogs, online platforms, and social media channels.
• Employ lighting techniques, composition skills, and post-processing expertise to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the product images.

What we are looking for:

• Proficiency in operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and photo editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative approach to working within cross-functional teams.
• A passion for toys, costumes, and imaginative play is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to convey a sense of creativity and playfulness through your images.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your skills in capturing product details and textures, particularly in the context of costumes or fashion.
• Knowledge of Sony camera setup and functions.
• 4-6 proven experience as a photographer, preferably with a focus on product photography or fashion photography.

Base pay may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in the role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. Experience

Required

• 2 - 6 years: Understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to convey a sense of creativity and playfulness through your images.
• 2 - 6 years: Experience as a photographer, preferably with a focus on product photography or fashion photography
• 2 - 6 years: Proficiency in operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and photo editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).

Education

Required

• Bachelors or better in Photography or related field
