- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and UX designers, to implement enhancements and upgrades to the mobile app based on user feedback and market trends.
- Serve as a trusted resource and expert in pharmacy technology, providing technical support to our patients and assist them with troubleshooting issues and resolving any challenges they encounter.
- Engage in proactive and responsive communication with patients through our chat feature, promptly addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues related to our pharmacy services.
- Collaborate closely with third-party delivery providers to establish and maintain strong working relationships, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and resolving any delivery-related issues that may arise.
- Coordinate and schedule delivery pickups, ensuring accurate and efficient dispatching of orders to the respective delivery partners.
- Oversee and manage the daily delivery operations of our pharmacy, ensuring smooth and timely order fulfillment through third-party delivery providers such as DoorDash, Roadie, USPS, UPS and FedEx.
- Implement and enforce best practices and standard operating procedures for delivery operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed
- Demonstrated can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Willingness to obtain a Pharmacy Technician license, if not already licensed
- Familiar with general pharmacy terminology (SIG codes, brand, and generic names of medications)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think analytically
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working in a startup environment (or strong desire to do so)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction
- Proficiency in using pharmacy management systems and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as a multi-site leader or leader of a high volume retail / mail order / fulfillment center / hospital system pharmacy
