Pet Care Associate Jobs

We are currently looking for a full-time & part-time Pet Care Associates at our Wooflands - Pet Resort and Spa!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Cleaning of facility and kennels and cat condos.
• Performing daily pet activities.
• Have excellent customer service skills and be involved in the check-in/check-out procedure with guests.
• Communicate with front desk to review check ins and check outs and activity schedule.
• Provide daily pet care.
• Answer “pet check” calls.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Schedule includes day, evening, weekends and holidays.
• Have a genuine interest in the pet care profession.
• Must have willingness to learn.
• 0-2 years’ experience in pet care industry required.
• Candidate must be able to speak English.
• Have high energy level for hiking, playing with, and entertaining dogs and cats.

ASSOCIATE REFERRAL PROGRAM

• Seasonal Referral Incentive - Receive a reward of $100.00 when you refer a seasonal applicant who is hired and is employed for a minimum of 60 days (rewards not applicable for rehires)!
• Year-Round Referral Incentive - Receive a reward of $250.00 when you refer a new applicant who is hired and is employed for a minimum of 90 days! Receive a second reward of $250.00 when the referred associate continues their employment for a total of 6 months! The discounted prices are good on new, leased, or used vehicles. Your family members in the same household are also eligible to receive discounted prices, just because you work at Nemacolin.
• 84 Lumber - 17 % (associate must pay to haul).
• Enterprise - A Nemacolin account has been set up for associate car rentals through Enterprise at a discount rate.
