Personal Injury Intake Specialist

Our law office is growing fast and we’re searching for a full-time legal intake specialist to help us succeed! You’ll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, screening, and surveying for potential cases, and helping our lawyers manage their meetings. $40,000 - $50,000 yearly

• Taking all Potential New Client (PNC) calls as soon as possible
• Send all appropriate documentation needed for New Client onboarding
• Scheduling and dispatching Investigator as needed
• Following up with PNCs to help them sign up for our services
• Getting all important data at first contact with PNCs
• Contacting the Attorneys about whether we can accept a PNC’s case or not in a timely manner
• Retrieve police reports and scene/injury photos

• Sales or customer service experience highly valued
• CRM and case management software experience a plus
• Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required
• Previous legal experience a plus
• Strong computer and data entry skills

• Available to be on call and work on weekends, evenings, and holidays on a rotating basis
