What you need to be qualified for this job Employees are required to have the following: Excellent Communication Problem-Solving A commitment to the health and wellbeing of others Flexibility Ability to work as a team Can do attitude Desire to improve the quality of life for a person with disabilities Experience working with disabled individuals preferred A high school education (or GED) Reliable transportation Valid Drivers license Must be at least 18 years or older Personal cell phone Position Personal Care Assistant (PCA): Provides assistance with the following: eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and other activities of daily living; or supervision and cueing of these activities without actual hands-on assistance. Work Schedule We have needs for staff members to work 6 hours a day 7 days a week. We are open to talking to candidates who are looking for Part Time or Full Time work.
