Personal Brand Director Jobs

We are searching for an exceptional Creator/Chief of Staff to lead the personal personas and drive growth for two established influencers, Cody Isabel and Kevin Puckett. The chosen individual will play an instrumental role in shaping the narratives, l creating impactful content, and fostering strong community engagement to the public via social media.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management:

• Capture the day-to-day lives of the influencers.
• Craft video scripts, content ideas, and strategies for engagement.
• Understand and implement the latest trends and technologies in content creation.
• Create, film, and edit content ensuring alignment with each influencer's unique brand and vision.

Brand & Community Development:

• Analyze content performance metrics to refine and optimize future strategies.
• Collaborate with both influencers to expand their brands and communities.
• Engage with followers daily to foster community ties and drive brand loyalty.

Operational Leadership:

• Have a thorough understanding of the businesses managed by the influencers.
• Lead, hire, and delegate tasks to a dynamic team as needed.
• Initiate and operationalize strategies for business growth.

Requirements:

• Experience in content creation, with a preference for those skilled in video editing (especially CapCut).
• Loyalty and commitment to the long-term vision and growth of both influencers.
• Management and team leadership experience.
• Proven ability to operate as an intrapreneur within a company, bringing ideas to operationally scale.
• Willingness to sign into two TikTok accounts on a personal device.
• Familiarity with influencers and content creators
• Knowledge or experience in Neuroscience, Psychology, Law, or Entrepreneurship would be advantageous.
• Business acumen and understanding of brand development.
