Hours: 5 AM - Monday - Friday

Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to keep backstock and picking locations organized and maintained.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Arrange for the return of empty shells and pallets to Wis-Pak
• Assist with new product set up and the maintenance of pick locations
• Replenish rollers in pick locations
• Replenish pick locations with full pallets utilizing established rotation procedures
• Build full product orders to be transported to other locations as directed by the Director of Logistics
• Receive, unload, consolidate and re-stock returned product and empty shells
• Match bills of lading with goods received
• Function in a relief role to the Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support vacations and illnesses
• Perform other duties as necessary
• Store product and follow established rotation procedures
• Count and verify incoming product from daily routes as needed
• Forward all Wis-Pak and Contract Ops bills of lading to Topeka Warehouse Manager
• Receive and unload product from transports
• Load transports for delivery to customer accounts

Job Requirements

• A valid forklift certification
• Proper lifting techniques
• Ability to provide attention to detail
• A valid pallet jack certification
• Sufficient formal or informal education to insure the ability to read and write at a level required for successful job performance

Work Environment and Equipment

Work generally takes place in a warehouse setting. Exposure to hot indoor temperatures during summer months. Long and irregular hours during peak seasons.
