PC Technician

The District is seeking a PC Technician to answer employee/end-user service calls and provide guidance, advice, and technical assistance to customers on basic technical issues at the hardware and software level.

Successful applicants must have:

• High focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Previous help desk experience preferred
• In-depth understanding of a Microsoft client operating systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of and understanding of NISC’s iVue application suite is preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including OneDrive and Teams
• Knowledge and understanding of Local Area and Wireless Networks is preferred

This is an entry-level, Non-Union position at our Newport Administration offices in Newport, WA.
