Azurity's IT Team has an exciting opportuinty. This person will play a key part in Azurity's digital transformation. We are in the building phase of growing our digital to meet the future growth of the organization. This is hands-on role and the expectation is that the incumbents will, on occasion, need to roll up their sleeves and take matters into their own hands.This person will reports to the Sr. Director of IT Operations & Information Security.


Responsibilities:


  • Providing technical support for hardware and software issues in the office
  • Handle support requests from clients and end users
  • Liaising with the designated person responsible for keeping the inventory
  • On-site and remote help desk support for clients and end users
  • Maintaining computer peripheral equipment e.g. printers, scanners, projectors, and whiteboards
  • Support backup and disaster recovery solutions for clients.
  • Maintaining wired and wireless networks, desktop, and server computers
  • Support for Apple and Windows workstations


Qualifications:


  • The ability to learn on the fly
  • An Associate's degree in a computer-related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Networking equipment (switches, patch panels, VLAN routers, firewalls, VPN, etc.)
  • Experiencing troubleshooting Windows OS 7, 8, 10, 11
  • A desire to help people
  • Willingness to research and present solutions for clients and internally
  • Experience with small business networks
  • Basic experience with setup and support of Office 365 and G-Suite
  • Command Line and PowerShell experience
  • Basic Experience with remote management solutions
  • Experience troubleshooting macOS
  • Certifications such as A+, MCSE, MCP, Network+, INET+ preferred
