Job Description
Major Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Cash Application Specialist III provides support for all Accounts Receivable processes. Organizes and distributes workflow to insure timely and accurate posting to customer accounts. Confidential information must be handled responsibly.
Compensation

A day in the life of a Cash Application Specialist III can look like:
  • Analyze and resolve problems with customer accounts, communicate resolution to customer service to relay to customer.
  • Provide support to the Cash Team Lead when needed.
  • Provide support to the Supervisor and perform necessary tasks as requested.
  • Assist with overall department tasks and workflow.
  • Operate and understand Accounts Receivable computer system.
  • Research and resolve issues from field representatives.
  • Prepare Daily Cash Report and reconcile to AR posting.
  • Support the maintenance of Lockbox, ACH, and Credit Card payments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned including special projects.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
We’re looking for someone with results they are proud of, like: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience required
  • Technical aptitude, problem solving skills
  • Some college credits; degree preferred
This is an on-site position, reporting daily to a local, pre-approved ADT location
