Role: Payment Systems Analyst

Location: Tulsa, OK (Onsite)

Position Type: Fulltime / PERM Role

Position Details:

· The Payment Systems analyst role analyzes, reconciles, provides oversight and reporting for the cost and fees related to accepting and processing non-cash payments.

· The analyst works closely with external partners related to contracts, payment processing and business requirements related to payments projects.

· Provide oversight, analysis, reporting and reconciliation of all payment network interchange, pass thru, and related processing fees. 40%

· Ensure the PIN-Debit transactions are routed to the most cost-efficient network. 25%

· Coordinate, develop and maintain Payment Systems fee and budget reporting solutions. 20%

· Assist the Payment Systems Manager in the design and implementation of emerging payment acceptance applications and technology projects. 5%

· Prepare the annual credit/debit card fee budgets. Provide summary analysis and reporting of budget results in a manner that is clear and concise to upper management. 5%

Skills Needed:

· Strong Excel and analytical skills.

· The ability to review and evaluate contracts to determine the financial impact to client’s cost of payment processing.

· This would include evaluating historical costs and creating impact scenarios by which leadership is informed on financial impacts of contract agreements prior to execution.

· Knowledge of budgeting practices

· Enterprise reporting tools such as Cognos, Alteryx or PowerBI.
