Payment Accuracy Advisor


Overview of Position

The Payment Accuracy Advisor develops and delivers detailed technology solutions through consulting project activities. Responsibilities include client identification through final invoicing for engagements requiring varied interpersonal and technical skills.


What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Analyzing user requirements, procedures and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review software application capabilities, workflow and scheduling limitations
  • Analyze and implement the business requirements for our application and its interface with customers’ claims processing systems

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Experience working with IT staff in providing structured requirement documents, peer review, system testing, test case review etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of Healthcare Claims processing, familiar with medical coding
  • 5+ years of related experience with healthcare payers

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable and confident speaking with clients
  • Bachelor's degree

What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?

The applicable base pay for your state is listed below. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, ClaimsXten Portfolio offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The base pay range for this position is $80,100.00 - $177,960.00
