We currently offer ketamine assisted psychotherapy and will be expanding to new technologies such as MDMA, Psilocybin, and DMT as they become legal.

Our wellness center is led by Dr. Remi Drozd, a board-certified emergency physician. With almost two decades of experience, Dr. Drozd is well-versed in helping people improve their well-being.

He began offering ketamine after coming to the conclusion that western medicine was lacking when it came to treating symptoms and sickness. Dr. Drozd and his team at Santa Barbara Ketamine Therapy are passionate about ketamine-assisted therapy, the research behind the cutting-edge treatment, and helping patients get their lives back.

What you own: You are responsible for helping us grow our solopreneur practice into a thriving clinic in our new (larger) space by consistently converting more of our inbound calls and emails to clients by providing a responsive, accurate, high-quality, high-touch, experience during client intake.

What you excel at: Connecting with people where they are. Understanding what we offer. And connecting the dots on the two so we can book more of the clients we excel at serving and meet our utilization targets for our growing practice.

• Give the prospective client a delightful experience that is connected, caring, and helpful from the moment they call us
• Monitor, manage & maintain the right metrics and data in the system so you can optimize your personal conversion rate
• Focused & responsive. You know how to manage a call and email queue. You stay on top of the calls, let people know when you have more calls than you can take so no potential client is left unattended.
• Getting better everyday. You use standard processes and evolve how you use them as you see what works and doesn’t. You recommend improvements when needed to the Growth Manager. And support implementation of those improvements when call volume is low.

You’ll know your successful when:

1. All calls forwarded to you meet the targets for first response rate (current target is being baselined)
2. You convert at or over target (current target is being baselined, but will likely be over 50%)
3. We know what’s working and what’s not and we make changes because we monitor the results and we know the why when it matters (and disregard when it doesn’t)

Your scope

• Our greatest goal is to create the most caring, customer-focused treatment experience from first outreach to the finished program. And you will be a major part of this as their first point of contact!
• Answer inbound phone calls/emails forwarded by the receptionist from new patients in a timely basis (goal: Live to response < 4 business hours) (TBD Metric: First call response)
• If slow, support projects as assigned by the Growth Manager
• Keep the CRM up-to-date with all contacts made and status of those contacts
• Provide exceptional customer service on the phone to bring customers from "curious" to "closed sale" for their intake appointment.
• Improve personal practices in order to increase
• Converting inbound calls/emails to clients
• Collaborate with the Growth Manager and other Intake Specialists (to be hired) in order to ensure complete coverage and good conversion rates

Job Type: Contractor / part time

Compensation:

• $25.00 per hour
• Commission: $50 per new client booked (estimated at 1-2 per day right now part time and increasing to 4-5 when the new facility opens across a full time or 2-person part time team)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Growth over the coming months as call volume increases.
• No weekends
• 3x daily check-ins on calls/emails if not answered live
• Flexible as long as calls and emails are answered within 4 business hours and queues are checked 3x per day (at opening, mid-day, and a 1-2 hours prior to closing)
• Part time 10-20 hours per week depending on call volume
• Day shift
• No nights
