Job Description
Summary
Working with children is a CALLING and you know if you've been CALLED. It's the tickle in your gut when you see a toddler experience ice cream for the first time, the swell in your chest when you see a preschooler's surprise as they tie their own shoes, the unavoidable giggles that escape when a four year old pats your big belly and asks if your babies are in there (hahahaha), the smiles that flow when you are swarmed by two year old's wanting to give your legs a hug. YOU know those feelings. They are AWESOME!
Our Teachers bring warmth, patience, and understanding to the
classroom every day, encouraging children to learn and grow. They know that
creating meaningful relationships with children, families, and their team play
a crucial role in that success.

About Us

Respect for children and their families is at the heart of our programs. By nurturing strong relationships, providing safe, caring environments, and committing to best practices in early childhood education, we help children learn to value community, indulge their curiosity, and build confidence for life.

Our program is informed by a long history of early childhood research and best practices to create a unique child-centered approach to development and learning. We believe children flourish when their individual identities are respected, and they're naturally inspired and part of a community that

celebrates our similarities and differences.

Our curriculum empowers children as change-makers, invites them to explore and create, helps them learn to build community . . . and most importantly to have fun with play-based learning experiences.

Our classrooms are designed around the children's unique needs, and our curriculum is built from the latest research in early childhood development to help little minds grow!
