Passenger Van Driver (Non-Cdl)

Gem State Staffing in Twin Falls is currently accepting applications for a full-time, temporary-to-permanent Passenger Driver position with a local non-profit organization. Applicants must have a very flexible schedule, with availability to work long hours any time of day or night, as necessary weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Shifts can be any length. A valid Class D drivers license and clean driving record are required.

:The Passenger Driver will be assigned specific routes and/or specific people to drive/transport. Driver will pick up a passenger or passengers at a specific location in the Magic Valleyarea and drive them to various appointments, events, and/or work sites. The Driver may be on-call or expected to sit in the vehicle and wait, depending on their passengers/passengers schedules. Additionally, the driver must be welcoming and friendly with passengers of all demographics.

Requirements:

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to work independently and be a reliable individual.
• Comply with company safety policies and regulations.
• Ability to adhere to code of conduct with little supervision.
• Reliable (personal) transportation to and from the site of the company vehicles.
• Friendly attitude and welcoming demeanor to people of all demographics.
• Ability to drive safely in any weather conditions.
• Have a valid Class D drivers license with a clean, three-year DMV record.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time in a vehicle.

Job type/duration:Full-time (30-40 or more hours/week); temporary-to-permanent
