Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist Jobs

West Lancaster Animal Hospital is looking to add a Part-time Receptionist to our front desk team.

Our Receptionists are the face of our practice. This role plays in important part in our community reputation and in supporting our clients and patients by providing great customer service.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that the reception area is clean and comfortable for clients.
• Booking appointments
• Greeting clients
• Processing payments
• Managing multiple phone lines

Our skilled team is passionate about our patients, clients, and community. We use fear free and low stress handling for our patients to aid in their visits to be as pleasant as possible.

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule however, a rotating Saturday shift will be required. A love of animals and a customer service background is a great fit for this position.
