Job Description

At Catapult Health, we provide cutting edge preventive healthcare consultation experiences via our proprietary, patient-centric telehealth platform, across the United States. To support our expanding business, we are seeking three part-time team members to support our team, working from our Addison, TX office. Everyone on our team plays a critical part in delivering upon our mission. To be specific, our Data Entry / Customer Care Specialist's resolve patient inquiries through email, text and phone calls and perform high volume data entry of health information.


Additional Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age or over.

Position day and hour options include:

  • Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm or Saturday between 8am and 1pm
  • Total work schedule 15-28 hours per week with a consistent schedule
  • If you are in school or working around a school schedule, we can accommodate alternating work days as long as the schedule is consistent during the school year.


How you will make an impact:

  • Track all activity in our tool, Zendesk.
  • Protect patient privacy rights and maintain confidentiality of PHI in accordance to policy and procedure and HIPPA requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy and completion of patient forms.
  • Communicate with patients daily via phone, email, text and chat, often managing multiple tickets at the same time.
  • Perform significant and accurate data entry of 25+ patient forms hourly, when assigned to data entry, while maintaining a monthly accuracy rate of 96% or above.
  • As a rapidly growing organization, job responsibilities may be altered from time to time.

What will you need to be successful:

  • Strong sense of urgency / drive to be resourceful and excel.
  • Exceptional data entry skills with a heavy volume of typing and accuracy required (alpha numeric)
  • Exceptional written and verbal grammar and communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency working with technology systems, including working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
  • Experience handling confidential information and tasks with the utmost care and discretion.
  • Requires standing, sitting at a computer, bending, talking and typing for extended periods of time during work hours.
  • Proven experience with alphanumeric and 10-key data entry with exceptional accuracy and typing speed.
  • An agile, self-starter mentality and the capacity to work in a faced paced, transforming environment.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
  • Extraordinarily responsible and dependable.
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required.
