Part-Time Leasing Consultant - Cielo Apartments

Cielo Apartments is currently seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to join our team at our brand new 457-unit mixed use high rise community in Washington, DC. The position will require working weekends plus 1 weekday shift for a maximum of 20 hours.

Job responsibilities for this position include:

• Touring prospective residents throughout each building and leasing apartments
• Resolving resident issues or concerns
• Answering leasing calls and responding to online inquiries
• Processing applications, preparation of lease paperwork, and weekly / monthly reports
• Coordination and follow up of maintenance requests for residents
• Marketing of the community thru online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media.

Successful candidates should possess the following job requirements:

• Working most weekends is necessary (plus 1 day during the week)
• Working during inclement weather is also necessary.
• Experience with high rise lease up preferred is a plus
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in Property Management is a plus
• Knowledge of Yardi Software is a plus
• Working knowledge of LRO is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
