Data Entry Assistant, Philanthropy World Learning
Location: Brattleboro, VT
Term of Employment: Part Time, hourly (16 hours/week), non-benefited
General Description:
The Data Entry Assistant is a 16-hour a week position that is primarily responsible for performing data entry, database maintenance, and data integrity within the Philanthropy office. Working in a team environment, the Data Entry Assistant will work with the Philanthropy team to ensure that data is entered in a standardized manner.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Other duties as assigned.
- Work with the Philanthropy Team to ensure data integrity and quality.
- Conduct data entry-related tasks.
- Provide routine office support.
- Assist with filing, mailing and historical data archival tasks.
- Enter and maintain data in the department's customer relationship management database, Salesforce.
Required Qualifications:
- Successful experience in handling multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- 2-3 years of office experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Database experience with accurate keyboarding skills and software literacy.
Preferred Qualification:
- Be well-organized, self-motivated, and attentive to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Have strong computer skills, with a preference for Microsoft Office and database experience (preferably Salesforce).
- Exhibit flexibility.
