Job Description
We are searching for a reliable, detail oriented Parts Stocker/Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced environment at Kenworth of DC in Landover, MD. This role is primarily responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operation within the parts warehouse. Prior parts experience is a plus. This is a full time, benefits eligible opportunity with Monday - Friday weekday hours. Pay is $17 per hour. Attention to detail on all incoming and outgoing part orders Basic computer skills including ability to learn in-house system Assist other personnel with tasks to include verifying route orders, stocking, loading and unloading parts and adding new part numbers to current inventory Take directive from transportation manager on all cycle counts of inventory and record keeping Assist additional personnel within other departments such as Freight, Credit/Claims, Dispatch and Dealer Counter personnel with tasks Other duties as assigned Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
