  • PLEASE DO NOT CALL OUR OFFICE DIRECTLY *** Cool Care Heating, Air, Plumbing & Refrigeration is searching for a hard-working Parts Runner / Warehouse Associate. Are you willing to put in exceptional work and eager to learn? We are seeking individuals who want to work in a fast-paced environment and are looking for a career opportunity. The ideal candidate is organized, able to multi-task, team-oriented, and has an excellent work ethic. No experience is necessary, we are willing to train you for success! Work hours: 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, some overtime as needed Hourly Wages: $14.78 - $18.00 per hour, with potential for raises + Benefits Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, supplemental insurance, paid time off, paid holidays What the Successful Candidate will have: Previous warehouse experience. Desire to quickly learn and grow in this position. Mechanical aptitude with the knowledge and understanding of parts, tools, and equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis, and on occasion move and lift heavier items. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record. Key Responsibilities of the Parts Runner / Warehouse Associate: Keep an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all products stored in the warehouse. Receiving and stocking deliveries from suppliers Responsible for loading and unloading work trucks before the installation teams arrive. Perform daily audits of truck stock and materials. Check all incoming deliveries for accuracy and damage. Work with purchasing to replenish inventory as needed. Prepare and organize parts, equipment, and materials for the installation teams. Work with field technicians regarding replenishment of truck stock. Support installation teams in the field with on-site deliveries as needed. Focus on safety for self and others. Other special projects as needed.
