Position Summary: The Customer Care Parts Delivery Driver is responsible for gathering, packing, and delivering materials in an efficient and timely manner to different Home Center Retail locations throughout Texas and various other states as needed.

Duties / Responsibilities:

MAJOR OBJECTIVES

• Schedule & perform deliveries to home centers with good time management
• Assist Parts Acquisition Specialist as needed
• Maintain vehicle to allow performance of duties
• Prepare orders for delivery to Retail locations

DAILY DUTIES

• Resolve problems related to function
• Other duties as assigned
• Loads, secures, verifies, transports and unloads cargo at Retail locations
• Assist Parts Acquisition Specialist in pulling parts for homes, freight, and contractors
• Communicates with Customer Care Manager and other personnel as needed
• Complete related documentation as needed
• Pull and fill orders for delivery route
• Conduct inventory/logging of parts with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean service vehicle with up-to-date maintenance
• Schedules deliveries to home centers

Qualifications:

• Ability to work well with team members and retailers
• Ability to read and understand packing list
• Must be able to pass background check (including driving history) and maintain clear driving record
• Must possess a valid Texas drivers license
• Ability to interact professionally with business contacts
• Ability to count and record inventory with accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Physical Demands:

• The Team Member will be frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
• The noise level in the work environment ranges from moderate (office) to loud (production plant) as well as outdoor and within a vehicle.
• Must be able to list 50 lbs. safely
• Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email and in person. Must be able to exchange accurate information with others.

Travel Requirements:

• Daily travel to Retailer locations/Infrequent overnight travel could occur
