Subaru Concord is seeking an experienced Parts Counter Person to add to our team. If you have parts counter, management, or ADP/CDK experience, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities - Parts Counter Person:
  • Issue parts and accessories to mechanics from the parts counter.
  • Inspect and receive the daily parts orders from the manufacturer or part sources
  • Utilize the phone and internet to source the best prices for parts.
  • Display seasonal parts and accessories in an attractive manner.
  • Maintain master parts and price book.
  • Provide delivery service of orders using parts truck.
  • Maintain orderly files, reference books, and other paperwork.
  • Maintain clean, orderly stock room and workspace.
  • Sell parts to meet monthly forecasts.
Qualifications/Requirements - Parts Counter Person:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience required, preferably GM experience
  • Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Must be a friendly 'people person' with a positive attitude
  • Professional appearance
  • ADP/CDK experience preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
