Hiring for Paratransit Drivers at our Allentown, PA property.

Starting pay $16.00hr including training!

**$1000 Retention Bonus!

*Bonus will be paid out every 3 months of employement (up to a year) in $200 installments every 90 days.

You will provide transportation to the disabled community, ensuring they get where they need to go safely. Paratransit Drivers provide passengers with safe, reliable transportation and excellent customer service.

What you will be doing:

• Completes pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Greet passengers, accept fare payment and maintain a safe environment
• Ensure passengers are properly secured and provide assistance with all entries and exits
• Other duties as required
• Properly report all incidents, accidents, mechanical concerns
• Provide door-to-door transportation for passengers safely and efficiently

Who you are:

• Clean background and driving record
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and DOT physical
• Able to work 9 hour shifts
• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills
• A valid driver’s license in good standing with state
• Schedules include weekend work
• Punctual with an emphasis on attendance
• At least 21 years old with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent
