Job Description
Responds to medical emergencies of various natures in Sacramento County and transports to local emergency departments. Paramedics at AlphaOne are supported by a 24-hour supervisor utilizing state-of-the-art medical equipment.

Job Requirements

Must be able to:

  • Maneuver a type-2 and 3 ambulance with proficiency and safety
  • Pushing, pulling, squatting and climbing steps
  • Drive an emergency vehicle in rain, fog, day, and nights
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Lift 150 lbs
  • Work in a fast pace environment
  • Provide excellent patient care

Qualifications

Must provide proof of:

  • Valid medical exam certification
  • Clean H6 report from DMV (7 years)
  • Valid California Drivers License
  • High School Diploma
  • Valid Ambulance Drivers License
  • California Paramedic License
  • Sacramento County Paramedic License (This may be obtained post hire)
