PARALEGAL ASSISTANT (ENTRY-LEVEL)

An Atlanta area law firm seeks an entry-level Paralegal Assistant to support Paralegals with legal administrative duties. This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate with plans or goals to attend law school in the next 2-3 years.

Responsibilities:

• Cite checking of briefs regarding fact and legal citations
• Composition of pretrial orders
• Assembling witness files
• Preparation and organization of a variety of documents, forms, charts, letters, etc.
• Preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials
• Processing of databases
• Indexing and preparing files to be sent offsite
• Mailings and filings
• Case management involving maintaining document control and filing
• Document productions

A completed Bachelor's degree is required. A paralegal certificate is a plus. Must be able to work a full-time, Monday-Friday schedule in the office, and have personal transportation.
