What You'll Do As a Pallet Assembler

• Stack completed pallets.
• Cover, label, and band components or finished products, as needed.
• Perform all duties with safety in mind.
• Gather materials for daily work orders.
• Inspect finished pallets to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Fit parts together to construct and assemble wooden pallets.
• Use basic hand tools or nail guns for assembly.

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might:

• Use nail guns and other basic hand tools
• Have composite or steel-toe shoes (discounted purchasing options available)
• Work well both independently and as a team player
• Need to frequently stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, or carry loads weighing up to 50 lbs
• Have prior manufacturing or assembly experience or eager to learn new skills
