Job Description
RESSCO is looking for highly motivated Painters in Toledo, OH. RESSCO owns and manages thousands of units in multiple states in the Midwest. Compensation: $20.00/hr to $24.00/hr depending on attitude and experience
Responsibilities (May Include, But Are Not Limited To)
  • Exterior painting as needed
  • Work alongside other technicians to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and are in accordance with building code and safety regulations
  • Phasing work responsibilities depending on project timeline and needs, and in sequence with other trades
  • Maintenance and touch-up work
  • Painting the interior of apartment units
Qualifications
  • Capacity to work independently without constant supervision
  • Hard Worker
  • A satisfactory background check and strong references
  • Ability to be a team player and work towards common goals in a timely and constructive manner
  • General labor experience and minor carpentry experience is a plus
  • Detail-oriented
