Hourly Wage Scale: $16.64 USD hourly + Benefits (+ Bonus)

The hourly range reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position at the time of posting. Within the range, exact compensation will be determined based on education/training, skill set, experience, and other organizational needs.

Shift Differential Pay:

Swing - $0.15

Graveyard - $0.75

• Discards of unsuitable product or foreign material.

• Helps to build and promote a strong “Teamwork” environment in each individual work group, the Factory, and the Company.

• Sorts and inspects finished product looking for defects, off-cuts or foreign material discarding unusable product in appropriate waste container.
• SUMMARY Responsible for inspecting finished product to ensure that it meets safety and quality requirements. Helps with daily sanitation and clean-ups. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Strips out held product and re-casing as necessary.
