Packaging Associate (Cannabis Industry)

As a Cannabis Packager, you are responsible for a variety of support to the Post Harvest Manager. The goal of the Cannabis Packager is to ensure that all cannabis flowers are packaged appropriately and meet all quality control standards before being shipped out to the dispensaries for sale.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area while performing job duties.
• Ensure that packaging standards are maintained to support quality and production goals.
• Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness to meet production standards.
• Work collaboratively with other employees to satisfy production goals.
• Equipment related to packaging function.
• Maintain accurate inventory of products used for packaging.
• Guarantee the company's sanitary standards are maintained, including washing and sanitizing all
• Generate accurate inventory tracking methods for dry materials.
• Measure, package, and label products to meet company, marketing, and customer expectations.

Requirements Include But Are Not Limited To

• Comfortable working in a team and independently.
• Must pay close attention to detail while maintaining the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to be on 9me every day.
• You must be 21 years old or older with a valid ID with reliable transportation. Every new hire is required to
• Worker and Agent Card holders preferred
• At least 1 year of indoor cannabis cultivation experience in packaging or trimming.
• Must hold or be able to obtain a North Las Vegas Police Card
• Pass state-mandated regulations to work within the industry
