This is a Full-time or part-time delivery helper position with FMC Logistics LLC, delivering packages for Amazon! Package Handlers helper deliver packages with the Delivery Driver in a team of two.

Get out of the warehouse and get on the road! AC, Heat, and see a delivery area from above Allentown, down to Philadelphia, and way out to Harrisburg!

Packages – 30-60 per truck
Wave 1: 8:00am, Wave 2: 8:45am, Wave 3: 9:30am 9 – 10-hour average work day

Trucks – 16ft – 24ft box trucks
Go into the warehouse, load the packages on the truck, and spend the day on the road in the passenger seat.

Benefits & Scheduling:

• $16.00/ hour – 17.50/ hour (weekly)

• 10-hour shifts are typical

• 4-day workweek (40 hours) is typical

• Schedule for FT Team Members is 4 days on, 3 days off. If you desire to have split days on/off that is an option. Must work one weekend day per week

• A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• We offer career growth opportunities into becoming Lead Driver, Dispatcher, Fleet Manager and Operations Manager Positions.

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time with your driver as a package handler.

• Safely work and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle with driver, follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies

• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions

• Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 300 lbs) with driver/helper teamwork; get in and out of a truck repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations

• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed.

• Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members

• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle

• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
