The role of the Overnight Maintenance (Guest Product Specialist)

To maintain the hotel guest product in optimum operating condition by performing preventative maintenance and repairs on hotel guest rooms, front of the house as well as covering hotel and guest room calls. The job incumbent follows hotel and corporate policies, guidelines and the hotel’s business plan.

Perform preventative maintenance throughout other areas of the hotel, including both front and heart of house. Maintain heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment in optimal operating condition by performing routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and front of the house areas.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic.

Qualifications include:

• Technical training and field experience
