Role and Responsibilities

This is a senior-level position reporting to CEO. It requires a strong but calm personality to bring structure and order to operating practices and accuracy of inputs and to take responsibility for functions such as working with Production management on inventory control, and labor productivity; and with the CEO on Purchasing and Pricing Policies

Additional Responsibilities

Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure optimal scheduling and efficiency. Direct and supervise a smal accounting staff. Manage the company's administration and Office environment.

Qualifications

Education and experience in Accounting and Business Management in a food and/or manufacturing environment.

Computer literate with typical office analytical programs/apps and accounting systems..

Attention to detail.

Excellent oral and written communication skills
