Order Picker: M-F Afternoon Shift: 21.44 Per Hour

We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Order Picker to join our growing team in our Distribution Centre located in Stockton, CA! You will be responsible for accurately and quickly servicing a very fast paced client base while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards in the industry. As an Order Picker, you will be required to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly, must possess knowledge and skill in FIFO principals, as well as RF scanning equipment and be prepared to meet any challenge.
Please note this position is for the afternoon shift from 2 PM to 10 PM.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, stack, wrap and stage outbound freight
• Completing work in a prescribed sequence to ensure deliver-by-date is met
• Completing Cycle Counts
• Reporting unsafe work conditions/environment in a timely basis
• Working effectively to meet productivity, quality and safety targets
• Maintaining housekeeping standards in accordance with 5S protocols
• Loading/unloading trucks as the need arises
• Receiving and locating product while operating within approved RF processes
• Participating in stock replenishment when needed
• Be able to operate forklift equipment effectively and safely, complete smaller equipment maintenance tasks, and report any malfunctions

Requirements

• Ability to meet daily deadlines and to work in an environment where assignments and work priorities are reviewed several times a day
• Prior experience working with RF scanners and technology
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Capability to be self-motivated and independent, but work will within a team
• Able to read and write in English
• Ability to stay on your feet for long periods at a time
• Completion of a high-school diploma or equivalent
• Proven to be reliable, diligent and punctual
• Experience operating various forklift equipment
• Previous experience working in a warehouse preferred
