Oracle Cc&B Developer

Vuegen Technologies Inc, a Hoffman Estates IL based IT Management and Consulting Firm has multiple openings for Oracle CC&B Developers.

Job duties:

• Evaluation of back to base opportunities to implement new features.
• Extensive experience in CC&B technical design (familiarity with the different approaches and plug-in points)
• Support developers (onshore or offshore) in their development efforts to ensure development results are consistent with design expectations.
• Preparation of Go Live /Cut over Plans, Parallel Runs, DRs and In-flight data Strategies.
• Expertise in developing change handlers, batch developments.
• Extensive experience in technical application, including comprehensive knowledge of the delivery process (configuration and code migration, code drops, fix migration lifecycle)
• Implementation of customized solutions as per design using CC&B algorithms, config tools.
• Expertise in delivering CC&B technical components in Java/Config
• CC&B Proof of Concepts, Development and Reviews
• Participating in Technical Requirement Workshops

Minimum skills required
Candidate must have expert knowledge Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) functionality and advanced technical knowledge of Oracle Utilities application framework (OUAF) and CC&B. Additionally it must be proficient in the following technologies: Java, Groovy, Hibernate SQL, PL/SQL, web technologies (HTML, XML, CSS, XSLT, web services, SoapUI) and Azure DevOps. Experience with CCS a plus.

Minimum Education and experience required
Bachelor's degree in an IT related major with at least 5 years’ experience in system analysis and programming and 3 years’ experience with CC&B in the utilities field.
