Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest technology including an in-house excimer, femto, UBM, Anterion, CXL System, and Light Delivery Device. Our team of professionals is dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for our patients. 👉 Role and Responsibilities:
As our Clinical Optometrist, you will play a critical role in the pre- and post-operative management of our surgical patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough eye examinations and diagnostic tests to assess patient eye health and visual acuity.
- Liaison with dozens of co-managing doctors in our region.
- Collaborating with our surgeon, optometric fellow, optometric resident, and technician team to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Providing expert guidance and counseling to patients throughout their surgical journey.
- Coordinating with our support staff to ensure seamless patient care and smooth clinic operations.
- Staying updated with advancements in optometry and anterior segment surgery to implement the latest techniques and technologies.
👉 Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding results.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical optometry experience, with a focus on pre and postoperative surgical patients preferred.
- State optometry license in good standing.
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
