Optician Details

• Measure and complete the full ordering process for patients
• Meeting with and developing relationships with all frame and product vendors
• Assist patients with frame selection
• Place all eyewear orders and work with the lab for appropriate delivery
• First Shift ( Monday through Saturday from 08:30am to 05:30pm )
• Temp-to-Hire position
• Manage all pricing of frames and price point systems
• Full Time work available
• Merchandising and display of all frames in the eyewear boutique
• $ 20.00 / hour
• Weekend work required

Optician Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail, particularly for interpreting prescriptions and checking lenses
• 1+ years of experience
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire. We will consider your age at the time of the offense, when the offense occurred, the seriousness and the nature of the offense, as well as any rehabilitation to determine your employability.
• Ability to follow dress code
• Familiarity with optical products
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
