Position Overview: We are seeking a Board Certified C&A and Adult Psychiatrist for our Manhattan, NY Clinic to treat children, adolescents, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Selected candidate will provide clinical supervision to a team of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners. Typical work hours are day shift, Monday-Friday. Responsibilities: • Direct care of patients • Supervision of staff psychiatric nurse practitioners to ensure that all psychiatric evaluations and medication management encounters are completed and documented in a timely fashion and conform to highest clinical practice standards. Requirements: • MD or DO specializing in Psychiatry (completed residency in Psychiatry and fellowship in C&A) Extensive knowledge of the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities Why Premier?
