Role: Operator II - 2nd Shift


Location: Temecula, CA - 92591


Duration: 24 Months on W2


Shift Timings: 2 to 10:30



  • Perform precise assembly and operate machinery as per procedures.
  • Tasks may involve electronic assembly, casting, mechanical assembly, and packaging.
  • Clean tools and equipment following documented procedures.
  • Produce quality cardiovascular medical devices within a manufacturing team.
  • Dispose of hazardous waste in designated areas.


Duties


  • Assemble medical devices and related parts.
  • Work in controlled clean room conditions, possibly using microscopes and hand tools.
  • Follow specific procedures for routine tasks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
  • Test units using computerized equipment. Repair devices using microscopes and tools.
  • Use tools like razors, syringes, soldering equipment, and operate machinery.
  • Inspect components and assemblies visually and with precision measurements.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and use appropriate equipment.
  • Ensure accurate parts and complete documentation in packaging.
  • Maintain precise records for traceability and quality assurance.


Requirements


  • Read, understand, and follow written procedures in English (6th grade level).
  • Have basic math skills in English (6th grade level).
  • Handle small components with good dexterity.
  • Use electronic data systems and computer software.


Education


  • High school diploma required.
  • 2+ years of experience.
