Tailchasersinc is looking to hire an experienced, flexible, full-timeOperations Managerwith the ability to fill in as a kennel technician or receptionist as needed.

The ideal candidate would maintain a"Can Do!"attitude with strong abilities to problem solve and complete job-specific tasks promptly. This position would require 8 - 12 hour shifts. The details of scheduling can be discussedwithin the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Facility supply management
• Kennel work: lodge cleanliness, feeding, medication, playgroups
• Customer Service
• Office Management
• Managing a 3-line phone system
• Client grievance resolutions
• Payment Processing
• Staff Oversight: Interviewing, training, coaching

Requirements

• At least 1yearof previous management experience
• Able to commit to this position for 12 months from the date of hire
• Excellentmulti-tasking abilities
• Weekend availability
• Ability to communicate with customers in a friendly manner
• US citizenor legally authorized to work in the US
• Strong foundationin computer functions
• Mustpass a background check
• Self-starter, self-motivated, successful working independently
• Comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods
• Strong leader in previous work-environments
• Comfortable with all types of cats, dogs,& some birds
• Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
