Job Description

We are seeking a career-focused individual for an exciting opportunity in the Dickinson, ND area!


Our client is a premier, US-based provider of advanced technical construction products, which are utilized in commercial and, municipal projects. This company has a top-tier market position, strong growth trajectory and second-to-none corporate culture!


The Operations Manager will be trained to lead operations of this established location, which includes oversight of several team members. Within 12-18 months, this individual will run the overall operation of a branch location including hiring, coaching, and scheduling of employees to ensure efficient and quality branch operations


This position is available due to an internal promotion, leaving a prime position available!


Additional Responsibilities:


Provide leadership for the organization’s customer-facing associates and branch functions


Develop a team with focus on customer service, policy and strategy implementation
