Kona Boys is an island style surf, kayak, and stand-up paddle (SUP) shop located on the Kona Coast in Kealakekua, HI. Our team consists of lifelong watermen and women who share a passion and respect for the ocean and all that lives within. We provide gear, information, guides, and aloha to help locals and visitors enjoy Hawaii's waters while caring for its delicate balance.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Operations Manager at Kona Boys. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations, inventory control, staff management, and customer service. The Operations Manager will also work with the ownership and management team to develop and implement new strategies to optimize the company's performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, customer service, and inventory control
• Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional leadership and management skills
• Experience in the ocean sports industry is a plus
• Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
