Operations Manager Jobs

Latech Security & Surveillance, one of the leading Surveillance and Access Control Integrators in Louisiana is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help us manage our projects, processes and staff.

Job Responsibilities:

Recruit, hire and manage outside installation technicians and inside support staff

Work with team to prioritize tasks in order to meet or exceed our project objectives

Overseeoperational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities toimprove them

Workclosely with the management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in project management and successfully managing fieldtechnicians

Must have effective communication skills in dealing with clients, vendors, and our staff

Commitment to continuous education, training and process improvement

Proficient with Microsoft Office products

Salary will be based on previous experience and will include individual and departmental bonuses. In addition to salary and bonuses, we also provide paid time off, health insurance, and a retirement plan.
