Job Description

Mandatory Location(s): Atlanta, GA, Richmond, VA or Washington DC

Reports To: Dev Ops Director

Note: This position requires the ability to undergo and pass Federal Government HSPD-12 certification


Key Responsibilities:

  • Participant in monthly compliance reviews
  • Deploy and enhance the deployment of Kahua Products
  • Run analytic reports for business stakeholders
  • Patch software, firmware, cloud, and device components within multiple physical and virtual data centers
  • Participant in yearly compliance audits with third-party assessors
  • Assist Support to remediate production issues caused by infrastructure health
  • Manage private, public, and federal government cloud hosting infrastructure
  • Provide escalated support to Development to research data-related product issues


Experience Required:

  • Experience with public cloud environments such as Azure
  • Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures
  • Experience with Microsoft products such as Windows Server, SQL Server, and IIS
  • Experience working with compliance programs
  • Experience with Powershell to automate tasks
  • Experience with on-premise environments and hardware applications such as Cisco switches and NetApp storage devices.
  • Demonstrated project management skills


Education/Professional Qualifications:

  • Will need to undergo and pass HSPD-12 certification

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments
  • Product management skills
  • Analytic skills
